How can I contact Cloud 9 Scans?
The quickest way for you to reach us, is to leave a message on our Facebook page. Of course, if you don't have a Facebook account, we're not going to force you to make one, just so you can contact us. The second way for you to reach us, is to send us an email by going to the Contact Us page.
If you want to send a message to the head-admin instead, please send her a message via her email: loovelysunshine@gmail.com

Can you pick up this manga?
As much as we love scanlating mangas, our answer for now, will be no. Of course, we were a really active group in the past year but with school and our lives outside of the manga world, we cannot accept any more projects since we're quite short on staff anyway.
Of course, if we can, then you have to make sure that you know where we can get the raws for free. Otherwise, the answer will still be no.

Can we host your projects?
You can... after a delay of 24 hours. Please do respect this rule because it will permit us to correct any mistakes that the QC-er has missed. If we find out that this rule has been neglected, we will private our releases and only people who asks us for it, will receive the download link and we will then know, who gave it away if it ever appears on a hosting site without us knowing.

When will chapter x of this xx manga will be released?
This pretty much varies. It depends on the number of staff that are working on the project. But, we at least try to release one chapter of a certain manga per week. However, please do not rush us if you want the scans to be in the best quality possible!

Where can I download your releases?
You can download them by going to our Projects section. After that, just click the title of the manga you want to download. Next, scroll down to the chapter you want to download and that's pretty much it! The chapter is inside of a ZIP file. If you want it as a PDF file, just message lOovelysunShine.

Where are your releases located at?
Our releases are located at our Projects section (click here). As for the scans for our completed projects, please visit our forum (click here) instead. If you don't to download the scans, you can always check them out on hosting sites.

Where can I apply to join the group?
By clicking the Recruitment button, you will be redirected to a page with a form. Next step is to fill up the form and we will message back ASAP. However, please do check the status first, before applying. If we don't need any staff, we will not message you back if you have applied.
Please apply only if you're dedicated please!
Rules to Follow:

#1 Please wait for a delay of 24 hours before hosting any of our projects. This will permit us to correct any mistakes that our QC-er has missed. All hosting sites are allowed to host our projects, as long as they respect this first rule and also the other rules.

#2 Do not rip off any pages, especially not the credits page. If we've found out that a page has been ripped off, we will watermark everything and I do mean everything.

#3 Do not change our files' names or whatsoever. Do not change or alter anything or lOovelysunShine will hunt you down personally; consider yourself warned.

#4 Do not steal our scans and claim them as yours.

#5 Please do not make any profit out of our releases! Cloud 9 Scans is a non-profit group who translates mangas for people who doesn't have access to them in their country/area. If you had to pay to read our releases, you have been scammed! Please report to us, any websites or hosting sites that does this ASAP. Seriously, I'm not joking.

#6 If you like any of the stories that we have scanlated, please support the original artist by buying any of their books when they're going to become available in your country/area!
